About Me
Lee W. Winter
DOB: Dec 19th 1984
Current Role: Business Process Developer
My career began at the intersection of technical precision and creative expression, choosing between CAD engineering and graphic design pathways. After exploring both disciplines across multiple organizations, I discovered my passion lay in the creative and visual communication aspects of graphic design.
Photography has been a cornerstone of my creative practice since before immigrating to America, with a particular focus on landscape photography. While I have captured weddings and events, I am drawn to the careful composition and patient pursuit of the perfect moment rather than the pressure of rapid documentation.
My development career originated in backend technologies, primarily PHP and MySQL. My visual arts background naturally guided me toward exploring how these technical skills could serve creative expression, leading to extensive work with content management platforms like WordPress. As my expertise evolved, I deepened my focus on advanced programming methodologies, including object-oriented programming principles and strategic file architecture design.
A pivotal role as Jira Administrator expanded my technical portfolio to encompass project management systems, automated deployment pipelines, and Git version control workflows. This experience bridged my development skills with enterprise-level project coordination and collaborative software development practices.
